Joseph Koszarek, President and CEO leads Jonova with 27 years experience creating and managing the development and market success of intelligent business planning software. Recognizing that many executives are forced to make strategic decisions without critical information that exists, but is buried in their company systems, Joe is driven by the vision of providing essential decision support solutions. Prior to founding Jonova, Joe was Product Manager at Windchill software, now owned by Parametric Technology Corporation. This software focused on all phases of a product's lifecycle, tightly integrating suppliers and customers into the development process, increasing product innovation and speeding time-to-market for complex, customer-driven products. Joe was Chief Architect for Boeing's DCAC/MRM program, which redefined Boeing’s “assemble to order” process for commercial aircraft. Joe was also Product Manager for FlyThru, Boeing's 777, F22 and Space Station seminal digital visualization system that allowed 5000 engineers to visually collaborate using 3D digital mock ups. Earlier, Joe researched collaborative computing techniques at Bell Labs , delivering early innovation in desktop conferencing systems such as Rapport. Joe has an MS from Caltech in Computer Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.

Greg Crawford, Chief Technology Officer drives technology innovation and overall software strategy for Jonova. He has been a key figure in the architecture, design and implementation of all Jonova products since its founding ensuring flexibility and industry leadership. As a founder of Jonova, Greg brought over 20 years of experience in software design, computational analysis and software product management including work at the European Center for Nuclear Research, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Case Western Reserve University, the University of Massachusetts and The Boeing Company. He was at The Boeing Company for seven years, where he led systems integration teams and was Chief Business Process Architect for Boeing's largest operations and engineering redesign effort. Greg graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.Sc. in Physics and received a Masters Degree and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Washington.

Oliver Scutt, Chief Strategy Officer cultivates an understanding of current and future strategic business problems being faced by industry leading customers. Bringing more than 20 years of supply chain and operations improvement expertise from his experience in Global 500 companies across aerospace, consumer electronics, CPG, pharmaceutical and energy businesses, Oliver collaborates with development and implementation teams to provide cutting edge business planning applications. He is a recognized expert in operations strategy to improve the effectiveness of extended enterprise value chains. Oliver’s deep functional expertise includes restructuring, lean manufacturing, ERP, global S&OP, Activity Based Costing / Budgeting (ABC/ABB), costing, transfer pricing and financial modeling/decision support. Oliver has worked in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa. He was formerly a Principal in Booz Allen and Hamilton's operations practice in London and San Francisco. Prior to consulting, Oliver was Chief Engineer - Systems for RHP Aerospace, responsible for CAD/CAM and other technical systems and the introduction of cellular manufacturing techniques. Oliver has an MBA from INSEAD in France, an MSc in Software Techniques from Cranfield University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering with French from Bath University in the UK.

Katherine Overby, Vice President, Marketing directs global marketing, industry communications, and demand generation for the company. Katherine has more than 20 years of experience marketing software, hardware and services to businesses and consumers in the technology industry. Katherine joined Jonova from Motorola where she performed in a range of marketing roles: Portfolio Management, Product Management, Channel Marketing and Marketing Communications and was the marketing lead on an innovative incubation project. She also has experience with driving marketing for start up companies, helping them to establish their brand, secure funding, achieve sales growth and move to the next stages of maturity. Katherine holds an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Miami and a B.S. degree in Marketing/Marketing Research from Florida Atlantic University, where she graduated with honors, and later returned as an Adjunct Professor in Marketing.

Charlie Fischer, Vice President, Product Development applies his 22 years of high tech experience as systems architect, software developer , systems integrator, and project management lead for Jonova products. He ensures design for reliability and supportability, overall software quality and timely delivery of ongoing strategic projects. Previously, Charlie was with The Boeing Company where he was the data management systems architect for a multi-billion dollar supply chain re-engineering effort. An expert in process management and workflow automation, Charlie developed scheduling systems and shop floor control systems while part of the Advanced Computing Group at Boeing. Prior to Boeing, Charlie designed software for the Reliability Engineering Group at Lockheed. Charlie graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Seattle University with a Masters in Software Engineering.

Scott Hough, Vice President, High Tech Sales has been actively selling and managing sales in the software industry for more than 20 years. Working at Software AG, he developed expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture, Business Process Management and Database Management Software. At SAGA Systems, he expanded his industry knowledge in enterprise application integration and B2C e-Business solutions. Since joining Jonova in 2003, Scott has focused on helping Fortune 500 companies in consumer electronics, computers, telecommunications and other high tech industries achieve their objectives with financial business analytics, manufacturing process optimization, supply chain and business intelligence applications. Scott is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business with a BS in Management Information Systems.

Jon Sundstrom, Vice President, Life Sciences Sales graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a BS in Management Science and draws on his 25 years experience in the software and services industry to lead the Life Sciences team at Jonova. His expertise in supply chain management solutions and strategic sourcing was shaped while working at EDS and Ariba. At Descartes, Jon delivered logistics management solutions, and at FileNet he collaborated on work flow automation and business process management solutions. This unique range of strategic planning proficiency enables Jon to develop and sustain successful business relationships with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Astra Zeneca and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Larry Olin, Vice President, Industrial Sales and Partner Relations brings more than 20 years of software industry knowledge and experience to Jonova. Most recently as an Executive Consultant, Larry focused on increasing sales productivity at all levels of sales management for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales at Logility, a Supply Chain Management Software company, where he actively participated in a successful IPO for that company. Larry managed significant growth as the Area Vice President at American Software, an ERP and Supply Chain Software company. Larry holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Lake Superior State University and an MBA in Finance from Central Michigan University.

Robert Fraser, Vice President, Global Services applies his 11 years of manufacturing strategy experience to manage strategic network design and product life cycle optimization with the Jonova solution for companies such as AstraZeneca, Roche, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Johnson & Johnson driving an average ROI of 270%. He has created over 1000 models and simulations in industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food and beverage and consumer products. Prior to Jonova, Rob developed the five year European confectionary manufacturing strategy for Cadbury Trebor Bassett reducing COGS by 30% and completely restructuring the asset base. Rob holds a Masters Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University.

Arthur Altman, Vice President, Education Services brings over 10 years of experience developing and delivering education and training solutions for enterprise applications, such as supply chain management solutions at i2 Technologies and large-scale text analytics at Intelligenxia. He previously spent 13 years in computer engineering, primarily at Texas Instruments, where his work included investigation of microprocessor architectures to support artificial intelligence applications. Arthur holds the B.Eng. (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, M.S.E.E. in Computer Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University, and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and in Management from MIT (LFM / Leaders for Global Operations Program).
