The Customer Solutions team offers program management, modeling, product application and integration services as well as a full suite of education and training services. Our P&CS team includes strategic, application, modeling and technical consultants with wide industry experience and strong operations, finance and technology skills. Proof of Concept — PoC is a rapid analysis of the customer’s supply chain. Jonova’s technology enables customers to quantify how performance can be improved with precision inventory targets and enhanced supply chain planning.

Strategic Business Consulting — Deep analytical and strategic analysis skills of our consultants, along with the knowledge of best practices, helps customers develop their own core competency in strategic modeling and analysis.

Education Services — Jonova offers a suite of training courses intended for the particular roles involved in the effective application of Jonova software. Some of which can be customized as required. Some clients elect for general training at the outset, while others like training based on their customized application on a more need-to-know basis. Jonova trainers bring a practitioner perspective to their sessions and make sessions highly interactive through case examples whereby users build, test, understand, and debug their own models.
